- 8 oz. Josie’s Organics Spring Blush Salad Kit
- 3 Yellow Cling Peaches in White Grape Juice, sliced thinly
- 1 Block Tofu, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup White Bean Hummus
- ½ cup Farro, cooked and cooled

Total Time: 10 minutes
In a pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Add the sliced tofu to pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
In a large bowl, lightly toss the salad greens, cooked and cooled farro, and included salad dressing together.
Using the back of a spoon, add a swirl of hummus to outer edges of a serving plate.
Add the salad onto the plate.
Top the salad with the thinly sliced peaches, crispy tofu, and included candied wlanuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries. Enjoy!
