Ingredients
- 1 package Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin, about 1 lb.
- 12 oz. Josie’s Organics Trimmed Green Beans
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
- ½ cup Orange Marmalade
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Orange, sliced

Preheat oven to 400F.

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides untouched for 2-3 minutes, until browned along the edges.

In the meantime, combine the cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, 1 tablespoon olive oil, vinegar, and orange juice in a bowl. Mix well.

Slather half of the cranberry mixture over the pork tenderloin, then transfer the skillet to the oven to bake 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the skillet from the oven. Add the green beans and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

Slather the remaining cranberry mixture over the pork tenderloin.

Bake for 10-15 more minutes, until green beans are cooked and internal temperature of pork tenderloin have reached 145F.

Broil for 1-3 minutes, until desired crispness.
