- 1 lb. Sirloin or Flank Steak, sit at room temperature for 20 minutes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 9-oz Josie’s Organics Organic Broccoli Slaw
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ ripe Avocado
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 8 Corn Tortillas, warmed on a griddle or skillet
- 1/3 cup Pickled Onions
- Lime Wedges, for serving

Total Time: 25 minutes
Preheat oven to 400F.
Heat up a skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute. Season the steak generously with the salt and black pepper.
Add the butter to the hot skillet to melt. Add the seasoned steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven to cook another 3-4 minutes.
Let the steak rest 5-8 minutes before slicing.
In a food processor or small blender, combine the yogurt, avocado, and lime juice. Pulse until smooth. Adjust texture with water, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss the broccoli slaw in the avocado crema sauce.
Layer the warmed corn tortillas with the thinly sliced steak, avocado broccoli slaw, and pickled onions. Serve with lime wedges on the side to enjoy warm!
