  • 1” Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon

    In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, and all seasonings. Mix until well combined.

    Add the seasoned cauliflower to a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute for 8-10 minutes, until fork tender.

    Add the cauliflower back to the large bowl with the cooked couscous, raisins, freshly chopped herbs, and lemon juice. Toss until well combined. Enjoy!
