Ingredients
- 1 head Josie’s Organics Organic Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, sliced into 4-8 slices
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dried Italian Herbs
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan, for serving
- Fresh Basil, for serving

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Slice the cauliflower head into 1” thick slices. Place on the prepared baking tray.

Drizzle the cauliflower slices with olive oil and bake 15 minutes.

Add the marinara sauce over the cauliflower slices, followed by 1-2 slices of fresh mozzarella. Sprinkle with the dried herbs. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan to enjoy warm!
