  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough, sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ cup Josie’s Organics Organic Baby Spinach & Baby Arugula
  • 8 oz Fresh Burrata, each sliced into quarters.
  • ½ cup Quartered Marinated Artichokes, drained
  • ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup Pesto
  • Fresh Dill, for garnishing
  • Fresh Lemon Zest, for garnishing
  • Fresh Basil, for garnishing
  • (Optional) Pine Nuts, for garnishing

    Preheat oven to 450F. Lightly flour or line with parchment paper a large sheet pan.

    Roll out your pizza dough to personal preference. Place on the prepared pan and drizzle with the olive oil.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.

    Top the pizza with little dollops of the pesto, freshly grated parmesan, Josie’s Organics Organic Baby Spinach & Baby Arugula, burrata, and artichokes.
