- 9 oz Josie’s Organics Organic Broccoli Florets
- 2 tbsp. White Miso Paste
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan, or shredded
- 1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds

Add 1 tbsp. olive oil to a large skillet over medium high heat

Add the broccoli florets to sauté 5-6 minutes, until bright green and almost fork tender.

In the meantime, combine the miso paste, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, and remaining 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add the miso mixture to the skillet with the broccoli. Sauté another 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is coated in the sauce.

In the meantime, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and sesame seeds in another bowl.

Top the broccoli with the panko mixture.

Carefully transfer the (oven safe) skillet to the oven with broiler on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, until crispy on top. Enjoy warm!
