1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

Cut the lettuce in half right through the middle, then cut the halves into four wedges each. Each lettuce head should make 8 miniature wedges. (You can also cut each wedge into half to make 16 even smaller wedges).
Top each wedge with a drizzle of ranch dressing, then chopped tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, chopped bacon, parsley, and green onions. Season with salt and black pepper.
