Ingredients

  • 8 strips of Bacon, full cooked and chopped
  • 2 heads Josie Organics Organic Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, or 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • (Optional) Chopped Parsley, for serving
  • (Optional) Chopped Green Onions, for serving

Directions

    Cut the lettuce in half right through the middle, then cut the halves into four wedges each. Each lettuce head should make 8 miniature wedges. (You can also cut each wedge into half to make 16 even smaller wedges).

    Top each wedge with a drizzle of ranch dressing, then chopped tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, chopped bacon, parsley, and green onions. Season with salt and black pepper.
