Ingredients
- 3 Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders, cooked
- 2 large Flour Tortillas, or whole grain tortillas
- 1 Josie Organics Organic Romaine Lettuce Head, shredded
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

Cook the chicken according to package ingredients or make homemade crispy chicken tenders.

Slather a generous spread of ranch dressing over the tortillas.

Place the lettuce on top, then the chicken tender (whole or chopped into smaller pieces), then the shredded cheese.

Roll up the tortilla, then place 5-6 toothpicks spread about 1″ apart throughout the rolled tortilla. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the tortilla in between the toothpicks to create the mini snack wraps.

Place on a platter and serve with a side of ranch dressing. Enjoy!
