- 4 slices Sourdough Bread, sliced thick, toasted
- 3/4 cup Josie ‘s Organics Arugula
- 1/2 cup Fig Preserves
- 3 Radishes, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Meyer Lemon Juice + 1 tsp. zest
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

(Optional) In a food processor, pulse the ricotta cheese until smooth, about 3-4 times.

In a large bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a generous dollop of the fig preserves on each slice of toast.

Add a dollop of the ricotta mixture on each toast slice, then spread evenly.
