Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread, sliced thick, toasted
  • 3/4 cup Josie ‘s Organics Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Fig Preserves
  • 3 Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Meyer Lemon Juice + 1 tsp. zest
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

    (Optional) In a food processor, pulse the ricotta cheese until smooth, about 3-4 times.

    In a large bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

    Spread a generous dollop of the fig preserves on each slice of toast.

    Add a dollop of the ricotta mixture on each toast slice, then spread evenly.

    Finally, garnish with a few slices of radish and arugula.
