Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Josie’s Organics Organic Trimmed Green Beans
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar, or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Wrap each slice of prosciutto around 8-10 green beans. Place them spaced apart on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

    Drizzle the olive oil over the green bean bundles.

    Sprinkle a little brown sugar over each, then a generous pinch of the grated parmesan. Season with salt and black pepper to taste

    Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until green beans are tender and prosciutto is crispy. Enjoy warm!
