Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Butter, or substitute with olive oil
- ½ Red or Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 head of Josie’s Organics Green Cabbage, chopped
- 1-2 cups Josie’s Organics Baby Kale
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Add the butter to a skillet over medium high heat.

Once melted, add the chopped onion and cabbage. Sauté for 6-8 minutes, until the cabbage is fork tender.

Add the baby kale and lemon juice. Sauté another 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Enjoy!
