Ingredients
- For the Salad:
- 4 strips of Bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup Nuts of Choice, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 cup ripe Figs, halved
- 5 oz. Josie’s Organics Organic Sweet Red Butter
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, thinly sliced or grated
- 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
- For the Dressing:
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp. Honey
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Add the chopped bacon and nuts to the prepared pan.

Drizzle the maple syrup over the bacon and nuts. Lightly toss together.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bacon is crispy and nuts are golden.

In a large serving bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Mix well.

Add the sweet red butter lettuce and toss in the dressing.

Top the salad with the caramelized bacon and nuts, as well as the dried cranberries, thinly sliced parmesan, and halved figs.
