Ingredients
- 1 16 – oz Ciabatta Bread Loaf, or 4 individual small loaves
- 1 9.8 – oz Josie’s Organics Lemon Herb Premium Salad Kit
- 1 4 – oz Italian Soppressata , thinly sliced
- 1 3 – oz Italian Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 6 – oz Ricotta Cheese, about 1/3 cup
- 3 tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt & Black Pepper

Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise. Scoop out the soft bread from both halves to leave a 1/2″ thick shell.

On the bottom layer, spread an even layer of the ricotta cheese.

Drizzle the salad dressing from the salad kit over the ricotta cheese.

Add a single layer of thinly sliced tomatoes, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add a few handfuls of the lemon herb salad mix on top of the tomatoes.

Add a layer of the soppressata, then a layer of the proscuitto.

Add the pepperoncini and thinly sliced red bell peppers.

For added texture, add the packaged breadcrumbs in the salad kit.

Add the freshly chopped basil, then top off with the top bread slice.
