Ingredients

- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- ¾ cup Whole Milk
- ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- ½ cup Gruyere, grated
- 2 9-oz. packages Josie’s Organics Organic Cauliflower Florets
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut the cauliflower florets into smaller bite-sized portions, if needed.

Add the florets to a small baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until fork tender.

In the meantime, combine the butter and flour over medium heat. Whisk until butter is melted and a paste is created.

Slowly pour in the milk. Bring to small bubbles the reduce heat to LOW.

Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, 1/3 cup grated cheddar, and grated gruyere until smooth.

Simmer for 5-8 minutes, until thickened.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drain any liquids. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower. Top with the remaining grated cheddar cheese.

Bake for 10-15 more minutes, until the cheese is melted. Broil for 1-2 minutes to help the cheese crispen slightly. Enjoy warm!
