Ingredients
- 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 cup Josie’s Organics Broccoli Florets
- 4 slices Deli Ham
- 4 slices Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 12-14 Mini Skewers
- (Optional) Sharp Cheddar, thinly slices and carved into star-like shapes

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

Chop the broccoli florets into fine pieces.

Place the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured, clean surface. Gently roll out.

Spread the Dijon mustard width-wise on half of the puff pastry.

Spread the finely chopped broccoli over the Dijon.

Add the sliced ham in a single layer, then add a single layer of the sliced cheese.

Fold over the puff pastry and press to help seal everything together.

Slice into 12-14 strips.

Shape the strips into triangle-like swirls to help mimic a Christmas tree. Place a mini skewer into each Christmas tree, then place on the prepared pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until puff up and golden.

(Optional) Place a star cut-out cheese slice at the top of each skewer once cooled.
