- 3-4 Fennels, cut in half lengthwise
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- ¾ cup Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Basil or Thyme, for serving

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease with olive oil or butter a large 9×13” baking dish.

Arrange the sliced fennels in prepared dish.

Drizzle the melted butter evenly over top.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top, as well.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake 20-25 minutes, until fork tender.
