Ingredients
- 1 12 – oz package Josie’s Organics Organic Asian Salad Kit
- 1 14 – oz Extra Firm Tofu, sliced
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1″ Fresh Finger, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Sesame Oil
- Medium Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
- Fresh Cilantro, for serving
- Lime Wedges, for serving

In a large cast iron skillet, heat up the olive oil over medium high heat.

Add the sliced tofu to cook for 2 minutes on each side, then transfer the cooked tofu to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tofu back into the pan and use a spoon to toss the maple
sesame glaze over the tofu, until well coated. Set aside. -

In a large bowl, toss the cabbage mix from the salad kit with the Asian Sesame Dressing. Evenly divide the salad between each serving dish.

Add the cooked egg noodles, almonds and wonton strips from the salad kit, and then the maple-sesame tofu.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge (optional).
