- 1 9-oz package of Josie’s Organics Organic Broccoli Florets
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup Breadcrumbs
- Ranch Dressing, for serving

Using a cheese grater, grate the broccoli florets. Place the grated broccoli florets in a large saucepan with the minced garlic, olive oil, and salt.

Cook on medium high heat until bright green, stirring frequently, about 3-4 minutes.

Transfer the cooked broccoli to a large bowl. Add the beaten eggs and breadcrumb. Stir until well combined.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Shape into small tots using 1-2 tbsp. mixture per tater tot. Spray or drizzle lightly with olive oil before placing in the air fryer to cook at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
