Ingredients
- 3 cups Josie’s Organics Organic Broccoli, about 2 heads
- 1 ½ cups Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- For the Chipotle Aioli Dipping Sauce:
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Garlic Clove, pressed
- 1/4 tsp. Chipotle Powder, or to taste
- Salt to taste

Add the broccoli heads to a food processor to pulse until fine. You should have about 3 cups. Add the cheddar, breadcrumbs, flour, and eggs. Pulse until well-combined.

Transfer the batter to a bowl to chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Form each bite using 1-2 tablespoons of batter. Roll between your hands for a smooth ball. Place on the tray or inside your air fryer.

Cook at 400F in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

To make the sauce, simply mix all ingredients together until smooth
