  • 2 Flat Breads
  • 1 cup Josie’s Organics Baby Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Mozzarella or Burrata, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp. Classic Pesto
  • 2 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

    (Optional) Heat up the flatbread on the griddle over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
