Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp. Ground Garlic
- ½ tsp. Salt + Black Pepper

Add the olive oil to a large pan over medium high heat. Season the chicken generously with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the heated pan to sear 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ground ginger, and ground garlic. Mix well. Add to the chicken and reduce heat to medium. Cover with a lid to finish cooking 4-5 more minutes, or until fully cooked.

If needed, bring the heat back up to medium high heat to help the sauce thicken like a glaze on the chicken.

Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly.
