- 1 cup Josie’s Organics Baby Arugula
- 1/2 cup Avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup Fresh Mozzarella or Burrata, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp. Classic Pesto
- 2 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
