- (Optional) Juice of 1 Lemon
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped or quartered
- 1 ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ½ cup Gooseberries, halved
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate Arils
- 1/3 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Candied Pecans

In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey together. Add the lemon juice, if desired. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the salad dressing to the Josie’s Organics Organic Baby Kale container, sealed back with the lid cover, and shake well. Add the salad to a large serving platter.

Top the salad with the strawberries, avocado, pomegranate arils, gooseberries, goat cheese, and candied pecans to enjoy!
