Ingredients
- 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough, sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 ½ cup Josie’s Organics Organic Baby Spinach & Baby Arugula
- 8 oz Fresh Burrata, each sliced into quarters.
- ½ cup Quartered Marinated Artichokes, drained
- ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup Pesto
- Fresh Dill, for garnishing
- Fresh Lemon Zest, for garnishing
- Fresh Basil, for garnishing
- (Optional) Pine Nuts, for garnishing

Preheat oven to 450F. Lightly flour or line with parchment paper a large sheet pan.

Roll out your pizza dough to personal preference. Place on the prepared pan and drizzle with the olive oil.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.

Top the pizza with little dollops of the pesto, freshly grated parmesan, Josie’s Organics Organic Baby Spinach & Baby Arugula, burrata, and artichokes.

Garnish with fresh dill, basil, lemon zest and pine nuts to enjoy!
