- 2-3 slices of Sourdough Bread
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 package Josie’s Organics Organic Lemon Herb Salad Kit
- 1 Grapefruit, peeled
- 1 Navel or Cara Cara Orange, peeled
- 1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- (Optional) 1/3 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled

Drizzle the sourdough sliced with the olive oil. Broil on HIGH for 1-3 minutes on each side, or toast in a toaster until golden.

Add the salad greens to a large serving dish. Top with the peeled grapefruit, oranges, cherry tomatoes, and goat cheese. Lightly toss to combine.

Top with the brioche crouton crumbles and parmesan cheese, both included in the salad kit.

Drizzle the salad with the Lemon Herb Vinaigrette. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
